Adapted Aqua Movement (19+ years)

Every Thursday at 9:45 am, the shallow area of the leisure pool transforms into a therapeutic space for adults 19 and older with physical or cognitive disabilities. The Adapted Aqua Movement class offers low‑impact water exercises, using equipment such as water wheelchairs, float belts and ankle weights to improve daily‑living skills. The $2 drop‑in fee is modest, and participants may bring a support person at no extra charge.
